Food intolerance test kit

Over the last 15 years in practice I have used food intolerance testing as a clinical tool to aid digestive issues, skin problems, migraines, low energy, reduce autoimmune response and anything relating to inflammation in the body.

Most illness, pain, bloating, redness, and disease is an inflammatory response. With food intolerance or sensitivity, you remove the reactive foods short, medium or long term to remove the trigger. I have seen many clients achieve great results and quality of life from doing the test.

Before Taking A Food Intolerance Test

This test works by measuring your response to food so it is important to eat a broad range of foods beforehand. Click on the 60, 93 or 200 Food List buttons below for a list of foods tested. Do not eat any food which has already caused a severe reaction without first getting a medical opinion.

Fitzwilliam FoodTEST supports the HPRA recommendation.

Vitamin D test €65

Vitamin D deficiency can be a serious problem and does not have very obvious symptoms. It increases susceptibility to other more serious conditions.Vitamin d test kit available.

Maintaining Vitamin D levels protects the body from a wide range of diseases including viruses, cardiovascular disease and bone disease including osteoporosis. Depression and breast, prostate and colon cancer have also been linked to an increased risk of Vitamin D deficiency.

The long Irish winter and the lack of sunlight is perhaps the biggest cause of Vitamin D deficiency amongst people living in Ireland. That’s why we should be more concerned than most countries.
